Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 7, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Tunii.
These Terms govern your access to and use of Tunii, including the website available at https://tunii.net, our audio processing services, accounts, features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, uploading content, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.
If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
The Services are not intended for children under the age of 13.
If you use the Services on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Description of the Services
Tunii provides audio processing and audio separation services.
The Services may allow users to upload audio files and generate separated audio tracks, which may include vocals, instrumentals, drums, piano, or other audio components depending on the processing option selected.
Certain features of the Services may require a Tunii account and sufficient processing minutes.
Processing minutes are generally consumed based on the duration of the audio submitted for processing.
We may add, modify, improve, restrict, suspend, or remove features from time to time.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
Certain features require you to create an account.
When creating and maintaining an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information;
- Keep your account information reasonably up to date;
- Maintain the security of your account;
- Not allow unauthorized persons to use your account; and
- Notify us if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3.2 Account Abuse
You may not create or use accounts for the purpose of abusing, manipulating, or circumventing Tunii's usage limits, promotional offers, free processing minutes, security measures, or other restrictions.
This includes creating or controlling multiple accounts primarily to obtain additional free processing minutes or otherwise avoid limits that would normally apply.
We may investigate suspicious account activity and may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud, abuse, or circumvention of the Services.
4. Free Processing Minutes
Tunii may provide free processing minutes to eligible users.
Under our current free usage program:
- New users may receive 10 free processing minutes upon registration;
- These initial free minutes are valid for 7 days from the applicable grant date;
- Any unused portion of the initial free grant expires after that period;
- Eligible users may subsequently receive 5 free processing minutes per week;
- Weekly free processing minutes reset periodically;
- Unused weekly free minutes do not accumulate or roll over to future periods.
Free processing minutes:
- Have no cash value;
- Cannot be sold or transferred;
- Are not refundable;
- May be subject to eligibility and anti-abuse restrictions; and
- May be changed, suspended, or discontinued in the future.
Changes to future free promotional grants will not affect purchased processing minutes already credited to your account.
5. Purchased Processing Minutes
Users may purchase processing minutes through the Services.
Purchased processing minutes are maintained separately from free processing minutes.
Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase:
- Purchased processing minutes do not expire;
- Purchased minutes remain available while your account remains active and subject to these Terms;
- Purchased minutes have no independent cash value and may not be resold or transferred to another user except where expressly permitted by Tunii.
Prices and available processing-minute packages may change from time to time.
Changes in pricing will not retroactively change the number of processing minutes already purchased and credited to your account.
6. Processing and Minute Usage
Processing minutes are generally deducted according to the duration of the audio submitted for processing.
The applicable amount of processing minutes may be displayed before or during submission.
If an audio processing job fails due to a processing or system error and the requested output is not successfully produced, processing minutes charged for that failed job will generally be returned automatically to the applicable minute balance.
A job will not necessarily qualify as failed solely because:
- You are dissatisfied with the artistic or subjective quality of the output;
- Separation contains normal audio artifacts;
- The source audio is low quality;
- The source audio contains difficult or overlapping sounds; or
- The result does not perfectly isolate every requested sound.
Audio separation technology cannot guarantee perfect results for every audio file.
7. Payments
Payments for Tunii are processed through Creem.
When making a purchase, you may also be subject to Creem's applicable terms, payment policies, and other conditions.
You agree to provide accurate information necessary to complete your transaction.
Prices displayed through the Services may be changed at any time before purchase.
Any taxes, fees, or other amounts applicable to a transaction may be handled as part of the payment process.
8. Refund Policy
We allow eligible refund requests for unused purchased processing minutes subject to the conditions below.
8.1 Seven-Day Refund Period
You may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period are generally not eligible for a refund except where otherwise required by applicable law.
8.2 Only Unused Purchased Minutes Are Refundable
Only purchased processing minutes that have not been used are eligible for a refund.
Processing minutes that have already been consumed through successful audio processing are non-refundable.
Free processing minutes are never eligible for cash refunds.
Where a purchased package has been partially used, any eligible refund will be limited to the unused purchased portion, subject to the applicable payment processing and transaction requirements.
8.3 Removal of Refunded Minutes
Once a refund is approved or processed, the corresponding unused purchased processing minutes will be immediately removed from your Tunii account.
You may not continue using processing minutes associated with a refunded purchase.
8.4 Abuse of Refunds
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, refund abuse, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or an attempt to obtain Services without legitimate payment, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. User Content
"User Content" means audio files and other content that you upload, submit, transmit, or otherwise provide through the Services.
9.1 Ownership of Your Content
You retain your ownership rights in your User Content.
Tunii does not obtain ownership of your uploaded audio simply because you use the Services.
9.2 Limited License to Process Your Content
By uploading User Content, you grant Tunii a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transmit, temporarily store, reproduce, and technically modify your User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the Services;
- Perform the audio processing you request;
- Generate separated audio outputs;
- Make processing results available to you;
- Operate and maintain the Services; and
- Address security, technical, or legal issues.
This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Tunii.
10. Your Responsibility for Uploaded Content
You are solely responsible for the User Content that you submit through the Services.
By uploading or processing User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the content or have sufficient rights, licenses, permissions, or other lawful authority to use and process it;
- Your use of the content through Tunii does not violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
- Your use of the Services complies with applicable laws; and
- Your content does not contain malicious software or code designed to interfere with our Services.
Tunii does not determine ownership or copyright status for audio uploaded by users.
The availability of the Services does not grant you permission to use copyrighted music or other protected content.
You are responsible for determining whether your use of particular audio content is lawful.
11. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Tunii respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.
You may not use the Services to knowingly infringe or facilitate the infringement of another person's intellectual property rights.
If we receive a credible complaint or valid legal request concerning allegedly infringing content, we may take appropriate action, including removing relevant content, restricting processing, suspending an account, or terminating access to the Services.
Repeated or serious infringement may result in account termination.
Copyright-related questions or complaints may be sent to:
Tunii does not provide legal advice regarding copyright, licensing, fair use, or other intellectual property matters.
12. Acceptable Use

- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Infringe another person's intellectual property rights;
- Upload or process content that you do not have lawful authority to use;
- Commit fraud or engage in deceptive conduct;
- Create multiple accounts to improperly obtain additional free processing minutes;
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures;
- Gain unauthorized access to Tunii systems or accounts;
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services;
- Introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or harmful software;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary source code except where such restrictions are prohibited by law;
- Use automated systems in a manner that places unreasonable load on the Services;
- Resell access to the Services without our permission; or
- Use the Services for illegal distribution, piracy, or other unlawful activities.
We may take reasonable measures to prevent or investigate prohibited activity.
13. Audio Storage and Availability
Uploaded and processed audio files may be stored temporarily in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Audio files may generally be retained for up to 30 days.
You are responsible for downloading and maintaining your own copies of any processed audio that you wish to keep.
Tunii is not intended to serve as a permanent audio storage or backup service.
We may delete files earlier where reasonably necessary for:
- Service operation;
- Security;
- Account termination;
- Enforcement of these Terms;
- Legal compliance; or
- Technical maintenance.
You should not rely on Tunii as the sole storage location for any important audio or other data.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to some or all of the Services where we reasonably believe that:
- You have violated these Terms;
- Your account is involved in fraud or abuse;
- You are attempting to circumvent usage or promotional limits;
- Your use creates security or technical risks;
- Your use may expose Tunii or others to legal liability;
- We are required to do so by law; or
- Continued access could materially harm the Services or other users.
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before termination, but we are not required to provide advance notice in urgent cases involving fraud, abuse, security risks, or legal requirements.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services may cease immediately.
Certain provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, indemnification, payment obligations, and dispute-related matters.
15. Changes to the Services
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue some or all of the Services at any time.
This may include changes to:
- Available audio processing options;
- Supported file formats;
- Maximum file sizes or durations;
- Processing technology;
- Free usage programs;
- Account features;
- Pricing;
- Processing limits; or
- Other functionality.
We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available permanently.
Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide notice of significant changes.
16. Third-Party Services
The Services may use, integrate with, or link to third-party services.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, terms, availability, content, security, or privacy practices.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and policies provided by those third parties.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties

- US $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

- Your User Content;
- Your infringement or alleged infringement of third-party rights;
